Two teens charged in a shooting Wednesday near Kelly High School on the Southwest Side appeared in Bond Court Friday.
Cook County Circuit Judge Matthew Coghlan set bail at $150,000 for Daniel Malave, 15, and $125,000 for Joseph Terrones, 17.
They were charged with aggravated battery with a firearm in the shooting of a 14- and a 15-year-old in the 4000 block of South Francisco Avenue. Both suspects were charged as adults.
The older boy was shot in the hip, leg and hand, and the younger boy was shot in the foot, authorities said.
Malave, who lives in the 4200 block of South Fairfield Avenue, and Terrones, of the 2500 block of West 46th Street, are to appear in court Dec. 23.
