Shirley A. Iwatiw, age 75, of Saddle Ridge, died on Saturday, December 27, 2003 at Divine Savior Extended Care. There will be a time to visit with family from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Monday, December 29, 2003 at the Pflanz Mantey Mendrala Funeral Home in Portage. Shirley Iwatiw was born on April 27, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois. She was married to Frank Iwatiw in 1970. She had worked in management for NBC in Chicago for more than 40 years. Shirley was a member of the Fibromyalgia Association. Shirley is survived by her husband, Frank, of Portage; her dog, Nicki; nieces, nephews, and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Frances Matthews. A memorial service will be held and announced in the Chicago area at a later date.
