TLC ranks among the top-selling female acts in popular music, thanks largely to dreamy singles such as “Waterfalls,” “Unpretty” and “Creep.” This disc compiles the Atlanta trio’s best material (and a dash of filler) and gives casual fans all the TLC they’ll ever need. Chilli, T-Boz and the late Lisa “Left Eye” Lopes didn’t have lyrical depth or awe-inspiring talent, but aided by R&B’s hottest producers, they amassed a hefty catalog of feel-good hip-pop that still packs the floor.
