Three men were killed early Sunday in separate Chicago-area shootings.
Outside a bar in the Englewood neighborhood, a Richton Park man was killed in a drive-by shooting as he was walking to his car to get cigarettes, police said.
Nicholas Caldwell, 32, was hit twice in the chest and once in the head about 3 a.m. in the 400 block of West 79th Street, police said.
In the Avondale neighborhood, officers found Juan Garcia, 29, fatally shot about 4 a.m. inside a car in the 2800 block of North Albany Avenue, police said. Garcia lived in the 3800 block of West North Avenue, officials said.
In west suburban Cicero, an 18-year-old was killed in a gang-related shooting in the 5100 block of West 18th Street, police said.
Mario Flores of the 1600 block of South 51st Avenue, Cicero, was pronounced dead in MacNeal Hospital in Berwyn about a half hour after he was shot at 8:30 a.m., authorities said.
