Search crews pulled the body of the fifth and final victim of a water taxi accident from Baltimore Harbor on Monday, a 26-year-old Illinois native whose boyfriend also was among the dead.

The body of Corinne Schillings of Homewood was recovered about 30 feet from where two other bodies, including that of her boyfriend Andrew Roccella, were found Sunday, officials said. Five people died in the accident.

GAY MARRIAGE CHARGES: Two Unitarian Universalist ministers were charged Monday in Ulster County, N.Y., for marrying 13 same-sex couples. Kay Greenleaf and Dawn Sangrey were charged with multiple counts of solemnizing a marriage without a license.

HIGHWAY SNIPER SUSPECT: Authorities released the name of a suspect Monday in a series of 24 highway shootings in and around Columbus, Ohio. Officials are seeking the public’s help in locating Charles McCoy Jr., 29.

SOLDIER AGAINST WAR: A soldier who refused to return to duty in Iraq turned himself in to military authorities at Hanscom Air Force Base in Massachusetts on Monday, saying he would seek conscientious objector status. “I am saying no to war,” said Staff Sgt. Camilo Mejia, 28.

FIRESTONE SETTLEMENT: A judge Monday approved a $149 million settlement of 30 class-action lawsuits filed on behalf of owners of Bridgestone-Firestone tires. The settlement comes after the 2000 recall of 14.4 million potentially defective Firestone tires.

PORN AND CHARITY: Dan Parisi, owner of the whitehouse.com pornography Web site, has donated the whitehousekids.com address to the government, saying it would ensure that children don’t inadvertently stumble onto the adult site.
