Eugene L. Woods II, age 68, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2004 at Aurora Medical Center in Kenosha, WI. Eugene was born Nov. 13, 1935 to Eugene and Peggy Woods, nee Krueger, in Chicago, IL. He is survived by his wife, Sharon, nee Call; his children, Shannon (Robert) Innes of Glen Allen, VA, Gene (Lorie) Woods III of Crystal Lake, IL and Holly (Kenneth) Osburn of Glastonbury, CT; four stepchildren, Dawn DeMent of Texas, Lisa (Bryan) Byles of Washington, Shelly Clore of Illinois and Wendy (John) Louis, also of Illinois; 12 grandchildren; and his former wife, Barbara, nee Schulenburg, of Gurnee, IL. His parents preceded him in death. Friends of the family may visit from 2 to 3 p.m. on Sunday, March 21, 2004, at Strang Funeral Chapel and Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Rd., Grayslake, IL. 60030. A Funeral Service will immediately follow at 3 p.m., also at the chapel. Interment will be held privately.
