Residents of Florissant, Colo., on Saturday re-elected Paco Bell, a donkey, as its mayor. It’s part of the town’s 15th annual Heritage Days, during which residents poke fun at the political process. Paco Bell won re-election against two no-shows and a white donkey named Birdie. “This is good and rural,” County Sheriff Kevin Dougherty said. “We love doing this kind of stuff.”
