Motorists are advised to expect overnight delays on sections of the Northwest Tollway and the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway this week as crews close lanes, and in some cases, the entire road, for construction work.
On Interstate Highway 88, eastbound motorists between Midwest and York Roads will encounter lane closures, and possibly 15-minute full closures of the road, between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. The eastbound I-PASS-only lanes at the York Road toll plaza also will be temporarily closed.
On the Northwest Tollway, there will be multiple full closures in both directions Thursday between Sleepy Hollow and Randall Roads. There will be four 15-minute closures of all eastbound lanes and one 15-minute closure of the westbound lanes between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m.
