Mary Ann Barbrick, nee Slapinski, 75, of Sun City, AZ, formerly of Morton Grove, IL and Indianapolis, IN, died Sunday at The Forum at Desert Harbor in Peoria, AZ. Born Dec. 25, 1929 in Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of Joseph and Carrie, nee Wleklinski, Slapinski. Survivors include her husband Richard E. Barbrick; two sons, Richard J. Barbrick of Bloomington, IN and William M. Barbrick of Sun City, AZ and one daughter, Donna Barbrick of Bloomington, IN; and one grandson, Brendan J. Carlton of Bloomington, IN. Friends may call 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 24 at Stevens Mortuary, 5520 W. 10th St., Indianapolis. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 25 at Stevens Mortuary. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Indianapolis. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
