It’s no secret that the ladies love cool James. It’s how LL Cool J got his rap name.
Now Lions Gate Films is tapping directly into the rapper-turned-actor’s sex appeal with a multiyear deal allowing him to star in and get production credits for a series of films, according to Reuters and The Hollywood Reporter. The films, which will be budgeted under $10 million each, are aimed at the African-American female market.
The first film is expected to be an “urban” version of “Fatal Attraction,” Reuters reported.
