Chris and Angela Moyer are regretting their spur-of-the-moment decision last week to get a look at Niagara Falls from the Canadian side of the border. The newlywed couple is from Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., but because Angela Moyer isn’t an American citizen, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers refused to let her re-enter the country. Officials said her case is under review.
