It’s a bird. It’s a plane. It’s a “Superman” T-shirt signed by the new film’s stars Kate Bosworth and Brandon Routh.
And it will take more than kryptonite to stop the second annual Jergens natural glow Celebrity Auction, which has teamed with celebrity stylist Jessica Paster to gather 24 goods that will be available exclusively on eBay starting Wednesday through the end of the month.
Yet, if superheroes aren’t your game, a sampling of the other star-studded items includes:
– Oliver People’s sunglasses signed by Gwen Stefani.
– Jessica Simpson cowboy boots signed by Simpson.
– Giorgio Armani silk dress, worn and signed by “Desperate Housewives” star Marcia Cross.
For more information, visit www.ebay.com/jergensglow. All proceeds will be donated to The Skin Cancer Foundation.

With Mayor Richard Daley’s recently announced Fashion Advisory Council hoping to up-dress Chicagoans, can a little makeup magic for the locals be far behind?
Dior makeup artist Pati Dubroff lends her expertise to the State Street crowd and beyond during a master class designed to take the guesswork out of blush.
That’s right, participants will follow along–with brushes and products–while Dubroff offers application tips. The session starts at 11 a.m., 2 p.m. or 5 p.m. Friday at Marshall Field’s, 111 N. State St. The class’ $100 fee can be redeemed for Dior products.
Reservations are required; call 312-781-5445.
