I cannot believe the press’ fawning feeding frenzy over Sen. Barack Obama. The main purpose of all this is to provide something positive to help the Democrats in next month’s election. The Democrats have nothing positive to offer, so parading a photogenic senator with a resonant speaking voice is a smokescreen to hide that party’s bankruptcy.
If the best the Dems can do is to hide behind Obama’s media events, they are in more trouble than I thought.
