Barack Obama has a tremendous decision to make, and I want to offer my thoughts as a 39-year-old mother of four kids, ages 3 to 16: Obama is our hope for the future. Yes, a presidential run and win would have a huge impact on Obama’s family in many ways. However, I hope he will please consider the incredible gift he will be giving them. I would be so proud to be the wife or daughter of a man who could bring to the presidency the honor, intellect, integrity and grounded common-sense leadership Obama has the ability to bring.
He has what it takes to lead our nation into a new era. We need him, our children need him, our future needs him.
