Maine West, already knocked out of the championship bracket of the 25th annual Dundee-Crown Charger Classic, suffered another loss Thursday.

The Warriors, ranked 18th in The Tribune girls basketball rankings coming into the week, fell to Rockton Hononegah 59-41. Maine West was upset by Fremd in the tournament’s opening round Wednesday.

Brittany Begrowicz, Ellen Coogan and Colleen Vana each scored nine points for the Warriors (11-4), who trailed 31-15 at halftime. Kelsey Carroll hit four three-pointers and finished with a team-high 14 points for Hononegah (14-2).

In other consolation bracket games:

Bartlett 55, Dundee-Crown 53: Christina Carlson’s free throw with 37 seconds left broke a 53-53 tie and the Hawks (5-9) went on to win. Alexa Tovella had 16 points and Jackie Golevicz 10 for Bartlett, which trailed 29-23 at halftime. Kate-Leigh Pilson’s 20 points led the host Chargers (7-6).

St. Charles North 65, Johnsburg 43: Sophomore Kiley Hackbarth scored 15 points, Nika Sircher 11 and Anna Conrad 10 to lift the North Stars (9-3), who had a 35-20 halftime lead. Michelle McDonald, the Winona State recruit who scored her 1,000th career point Wednesday in a loss to New Trier, led the Skyhawks (5-8) with 19 points.

Evanston 51, Regina 38: Collier Clegg nailed three of her four three-point attempts and totaled a game-high 19 points for the Wildkits (10-6). Kelly Fitzpatrick led the Panthers (7-10) with 10 points and Kelcey Traynoff added nine.
