An Ohio man has been charged with threatening to blow up the U.S. Supreme Court and attack well-known black men, including Justice Clarence Thomas, according to an indictment filed Wednesday.
David Tuason also targeted black men known to affiliate with white women, well-known white women who had relationships with black men and children of mixed-race parents, federal authorities said. A Supreme Court spokeswoman confirmed that a threat was made against Thomas but refused further comment. No other alleged targets were named.
