For the second time in less than a month, authorities in Skokie are investigating the discovery of a dead goat.
A resident called police last week after he found the goat in a white plastic bag near a trash bin in the 7900 block of Kenneth Avenue, officials said. A mutilated body of a goat was found Jan. 20 in a garbage bag in the 4600 block of Brummel Street.
The goat found last week had not been mutilated.
