A 73-year-old South Side woman died in a fall from the fifth floor of a building Tuesday morning, the Chicago Fire Department said.
It’s unclear whether Emma Thomas of the 6900 block of South Crandon Avenue fell or jumped from her residence about 10:50 a.m., authorities said.
