Sladek; beloved niece of Adele Vacek and James and Joseph Gayton; beloved niece of Adele Vacek, and James and Joseph Gayton; fond cousin of Margaret (Dennis) Trybus; and friends, the usual suspects.
Friends will be recieved at theConboy-Westchester Funeral Home, 10501 W. Cermak Rd., Westchester (2 blocks W. of Mannheim Rd.), on Sunday from 2 to 8 p.m. Funeral Monday at 11 a.m. at St. Paul Episcopal Church, 60 Aikenside Rd., Riverside.
Final resting place Woodlawn Cemetery.
Kathleen was a teacher at St. Daniel the Prophet School in Chicago.
