PLAINFIELD
A 48-year-old Plainfield man was charged with aggravated battery in connection with a fight that left a 62-year-old man injured.
Plainfield police said they arrested Michael K. Sorrells of the 14000 block of Cambridge Circle last week on a warrant charging him with the Class 3 felony, according to Will County court records. Plainfield police report responding to a complaint about a fight near Sorrells’ home and finding the older man unconscious on the ground.
The man, also from Plainfield, was taken to an area hospital where he was treated and released.
