Someone is poking fun of Park Ridge with signs advertising discounted massages and services to city leaders though local officials say they’re not amused.
Two different signs — one offering massages and the other publicizing an adult store — mysteriously appeared in the windows of a vacant storefront three weeks ago at a locally infamous strip mall where contentious ads offering escort services were posted last year.
