SS Stephen Drew went 1-for-4 Thursday in his first rehab game for Class AAA Reno. Drew, sidelined since undergoing right ankle surgery in July, is expected to spend a lengthy period with Reno — perhaps up to the 20-day maximum for position players’ rehab assignments.
