The following items were taken from police reports.

Glenview

On June 29, a 29-year-old Chicago woman was arrested in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with possession of a controlled substance, cannabis and drug paraphernalia.

On June 28, a 19-year-old Park Ridge woman was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Drive and charged with retail theft.

On June 26, a 19-year-old Glenview woman was arrested in the 1100 block of Bette Lane and charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid and accident and improper lane usage.

On June 25, a 26-year-old Glenview man was arrested in the 800 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.

On June 24, a 19-year-old Park Ridge woman was arrested in the 1900 block of Tower Drive and charged with retail theft.

On June 23, a 22-year-old Glenview man was arrested in the 600 block of Clearview Drive and charged with DUI, resisting arrest, failure to signal, expired registration and not having driver’s license on person.

On June 23, a 32-year-old Niles woman was arrested in the 1500 block of Milwaukee Avenue and charged with DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving without headlights and improper lane usage.

On June 23 officers responded to a fight between two women at a business in the 3300 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

Two people were seen attempting to gain access to a vehicle parked in the 500 block of Briarhill Road. The subjects fled when confronted.

Three females in their teens came into a restaurant in the 2100 block of Willow Road and left without paying their $18.54 bill.

On June 22, a 25-year-old Skokie woman was arrested at the Glenview Police Station. 2500 East Lake Ave., and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give aid or information and failure to yield.

On June 21 the manager of a business in the 2400 block of Glenview Road reported a man began eating food offered for sale and left without paying after arguing with the manager.

A purse and its contents worth $275 were taken from a vehicle while it was parked in the 1000 block of Zenith Drive.

A purse and its contents worth $650 were stolen from a vehicle parked in the 1000 block of Zenith Drive.

On June 20, a 25-year-old Glenview man was cited under village ordinance for possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia, a 19-year-old Evanston man and an 18-year-old Glenview woman were charged with underage possession of alcohol in the 1900 block of Harrison Street.

A bicycle was stolen from where it was parked in the 1200 block of Glenview Road.

On June 20, a 19-year-old Glenview woman was cited under village ordinance for underage possession of alcohol in the 1500 block of Forest Drive.

$50 and a bicycle was taken from an open garage in the 500 block of Rio Vista Road.

A residence in the 3300 block of Maple Leaf Drive was burglarized by prying open a sliding glass door. Several rooms were ransacked. What was taken is not known.

On June 19, someone received a call from a man who said he was with the IRS and that the resident owed $1,500 in back taxes and needed to transfer him the money to avoid arrest.

An exterior bathroom door was damaged and several fixtures vandalized at Cole Park in the 1000 block of Kenilworth Lane.

An unattended phone was taken from a business in the 1200 block of Milwaukee Avenue.

A briefcase, camera and $200 cash were taken from an unlocked vehicle wile it was parked in a driveway in the 3900 block of Michael Lane.

A tablet computer left briefly unattended in a shopping cart was stolen at a business in the 2900 block of Patriot Boulevard.

The owner of a business in the 3100 block of West Lake Avenue reported that a customer took his vehicle without making payment after a dispute over the cost of repairs. Reported loss is $850.

A jacket and a ring were taken from a convertible while it was parked in the 1800 block of Tower Drive.

The center console and glove box were ransacked after a vehicle was left unlocked in the 2900 block of Carousel Drive. It is unknown if anything was taken.

Northbrook

A silver watch and class ring were found missing from a residence in the 200 block of Skokie Highway.

A vehicle’s passenger window was broken while it was parked in the 2400 block of Oak Avenue.

A car’s front passenger window was broken and its glove compartment was ransacked while it was parked in the 1100 block of Dell Road. Nothing was missing.

A car parked in the 1500 block of Wescott Road was ransacked after someone broke its passenger side window. It is unknown if anything was taken.

A GPS unit was taken from a car parked in the 2400 block of Oak Avenue after someone broke the passenger side window.

An iPad, camera, sunglasses and GPS system were taken from a car parked in the 100 block of Fairview Lane after a burglar broke the passenger side window.

Someone broke the passenger side window of a car parked in the 3500 block of Bayberry Drive.

On June 29, a 23-year-old Glenview man was arrested and charged with DUI and improper lane usage in the 2700 block of Willow Road.

On June 29, a 22-year-old Barrington woman was arrested in the 2700 block of Techny Road and charged with DUI, improper lane usage and driving without insurance.

On June 29, a 40-year-old Northbrook man was arrested at the intersection of High and Landwehr Roads and charged with DUI and improper lane usage.

On June 26, a 28-year-old Chicago man was arrested and charged with battery after officers responded to a report of a fight in the 1100 block of Willow Road. The defendant originally supplied officers with an incorrect name in an attempt to conceal the fact he was wanted on warrants from other jurisdictions.

A black Toyota was stolen from a parking lot in the 4000 block of Lake Cook Road.

A laptop and its case valued at $500 was taken from a pickup truck while it was parked in a driveway in the 2900 block of Keystone Road

On June 25, A 26-year-old man and a 31-year-old man, both of Chicago were arrested for using counterfeit bills at a business in the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road.

A printer worth $1,300 was taken from an unlocked truck in the 1100 block of Church Street.

Keys and a wallet were taken from an unlocked vehicle parked in the 2600 block of Illinois Road.

Police were unable to locate a phone believed to be left in a taxi.

Three pairs of sunglasses and clothing were taken from a vehicle parked in the 2500 block of Illinois Road.

An unattended bag and its contents were taken from a store in the 1500 block of Lake Cook Road.

A Gibson J200X guitar worth $2000 was taken from a driveway in the 1800 block of Oak Avenue.

A business truck was burglarized while it was parked in the 3000 block of Commercial Avenue.

Four Northbrook juveniles and a Glenview juvenile were cited for underage drinking in the 2400 block of Ridge Road.
