Jan 22 (Reuters) – Phillips 66 said on Wednesday its

333,000 barrel per day (bpd) joint-venture refinery in Wood

River, Illinois, had begun standard start-up procedures to bring

a unit affected by a fire on Tuesday back into service.

The company had earlier said a small process unit fire that

began after a leak at the refinery had been extinguished.

The Wood River refinery is a 50-50 joint venture of

Phillips, which manages the plant, and Cenovus Energy Inc
