Sears Holdings Corp.’s general counsel Dane Drobny is headed for a job at Groupon Inc.
Drobny, who was most recently senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Hoffman Estates-based Sears, will assume the same position at Chicago-based Groupon effective July 7.
He will replace David Schellhase, who will remain with the company as a strategic adviser.
