PITTSBURGH — One day after the Cubs were officially eliminated from the postseason race, they’ll attempt to end a season-high seven-game losing streak tonight at PNC Park.
Arismendy Alcantara will move back to the leadoff spot against Pirates left-hander Jeff Locke, while Junior Lake gets a rare start in left field. Alcantara is hitting .171 in 15 games in the leadoff position.
