The Minneapolis Star Tribune is reporting: The Federal Trade Commission has ordered Graco Inc. to sell or spin off the liquid-finishing businesses it acquired from Glenview-based Illinois Tool Works two years ago.
Graco, the Minneapolis-based maker of industrial pumps and sprayers, bought the liquid and powder-coating units of ITW for $650 million in 2012.
