Trade relations with Cuba being restored by the U.S. will not help the millions of citizens living in poverty. The Castros and their associates will reap the rewards of American dollars while the peons remain poor, jailed or murdered for their political views. The poor, persecuted Cubans will reap no rewards; we will merely fatten the linings of the Castro’s pockets.
