The 8,000-square-foot tavern from the sisters behind The Gage and Acanto offers small-batch domestic wines, a rotating selection of sparkling cocktails and a beer list focused on Midwestern breweries. The food menu from Aaron Cuschieri of “Top Chef” includes Chicago-style pork hot dogs ($11) you can pair with a can of PBR for an extra $2. 11 a.m.-midnight

Throughout the summer you can cool off at the Hyatt Regency Chicago restaurant with a selection of six $12 cocktails made with fruit-infused gin from California’s Spirit Works Distillery including a blackberry fizz made with thyme, walnut and agave and a pineapple cocktail featuring egg white, honey and clove. 5-10 p.m.
