Genesis Growers is an organic farm, in downstate Illinois, whose products appear on the menus of numerous Chicago restaurants.

The farm has run into hardships this year, says Elizabeth restaurant chef/owner Iliana Regan, and she and a number of local chefs are pitching in to help.

Regan will be joined by Jason Vincent (Giant), Rob Levitt (The Butcher & Larder), Abra Berens (Stock Cafe), Justin Behlke (Thurk pop-up) and Cellar Door Provisions to create a four-course dinner Dec. 15. The price is $125 (tax and gratuity additional), and all proceeds will go to the farm.

The dinner will be served family-style, with each chef contributing something to each course, so that the four-course meal will include anywhere from 12 to 20 dishes.
