Officials have identified a woman shot to death in Chicago’s West Humboldt Park neighborhood on Thursday night as Francina Lowery.

Police initially said Lowery was 25. The Cook County medical examiner’s office listed her as 23 and said she resided in the 100 block of East 111th Street in the Far South Side’s Roseland neighborhood.

Lowery was found shot to death on the West Side about 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the 4400 block of West Haddon Avenue in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood, police said. She was pronounced at the scene just before 6:40 p.m.

She suffered multiple gunshot wounds, police said.
