Car burglaries continued through the weekend in Naperville, and two stolen cars were recovered, Naperville Police said Monday.

Seven vehicles were reported burglarized and recorded on Naperville’s public safety map for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The weekend crime follows reports last week that three cars were stolen and nine were burglarized on Wednesday and Thursday.

About 1 a.m. Sunday, a white Jeep reported stolen on Wednesday was seen with people who were breaking into cars on Seton Hall Drive, Police Cmdr. Lou Cammiso said. That vehicle was recovered in Winnetka. A black Jeep that was reported stolen was recovered in Chicago, Cammiso said.

A BMW that was reported stolen last week was still missing as of Monday afternoon. Cammiso said all three stolen vehicles were unlocked and had keys in the vehicle when stolen.

The reported car burglaries included incidents on Emerald Drive, Heatherfield Circle, Harlowe Lane, Timber Trail Court, and Millrace Lane, according to the crime map published by Naperville police.

No suspects have been identified, and the investigation continues, Cammiso said.
