Police are looking for three men who shoved an 86-year-old woman to the ground, seriously injuring her hand during a home invasion Monday afternoon on the Northwest Side.
The attack happened about 2:10 p.m. in the 6300 block of North Iona Avenue in the city’s Edgebrook neighborhood.
Three men forced open the door of the home and once inside, took money and other items as the 86-year-old woman fled, police said.
One of the attackers pushed her to the ground once she got outside, seriously injuring her hand.
The three fled in a white SUV and the woman was taken to Resurrection Medical Center to be treated for her injury, police said.
No arrests have been made.
