This year's Feb. 18 game in Los Angeles will feature rosters selected by each conference's leading vote-getter from a pool of players voted in as starters and reserves. A pool will be established of 10 starters selected by a combo of fan vote, player vote and media vote and 14 reserves voted by coaches. Then the two captains pick away, with both teams playing for local charities.
