Consumers purchased $47.6 million worth of cannabis at Illinois weed stores in June, the most sold in any month since recreational marijuana sales became legal, according to the state.
In May, recreational weed sales totaled $44.3 million in the state. Recreational marijuana sales became legal in Illinois on Jan. 1.
