A Chicago man has been charged with robbery in connection with a September holdup of a pizza deliveryman, Naperville police said.

Police arrested Dumareah Johmel Taylor, 21, on a felony warrant Wednesday in connection with the incident, which occurred about 7:30 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 100 block of East Bailey Road.

Reports said Taylor told the victim to give him all of his money or be shot, implying that he had a weapon. He fled the area with the deliveryman’s cash before police arrived, a news release said.

A description of the suspect and other evidence allowed police to obtain a warrant for his arrest.

Taylor was recently arrested by Chicago police on an aggravated vehicular hijacking charge, the release said.
