Two ex-Schererville councilmen, one now a state rep. and the other a county commissioner, will not back a mask mandate but enacted an ordinance to hide citizen’s garbage cans from public view. Priorities.
For all the parents who don’t want their child to wear a mask in school: Turn off Fox Noise and turn on any 5:30 national news tonight. You will see children on ventilators and extremely ill from Covid in Florida, Mississippi and Louisiana. Then explain to me why you won’t protect your child who is too young to receive a vaccine?
I am Black and a 35-year retired educator, and I love when White officers pull up behind my earned and paid for luxury car just because. Shame on you.
If you notice, what Todd Rokita is doing, IS the new platform of the Republican Party. They don’t have any solid plans to help the American people with health care, taxes, insurance, education or jobs. Their entire focus is on conspiracy theories, lies and misinformation. They constantly want people scared, inflamed and ready to react to whatever is their latest scam.
It’s surely a mere coincidence, I’m sure it’s that, that Chicago billionaire Ken Griffin, the top political donor to Florida governor Ron DeSantis, has a nearly $200 million stake in the drug company that manufactures the COVID-19 drug Regeneron that DeSantis is promoting all over Florida, even setting up “treatment centers” to dispense it. How much blood money has DeSantis raked in so far?
Getting access to monoclonal antibody therapy when you are the fully vaccinated, asymptomatic Governor of Texas shows just how anxious and scared Greg Abbott actually is, of the virus that he constantly downplays.
As consumers we trust the companies we deal with to safeguard our data. This includes birthdays, our address, Social Security number and other vital info. It’s crazy that they are allowed to offer a year or two and then be off the hook.
There is a new definition of hypocrisy. It is defined as ‘now you see me, now you don’t. Republican congressmen have come out from hiding and are immediately available to comment on Biden’s handling of the Afghanistan withdrawal. However, shortly after the Trump inspired insurrection you couldn’t find them, or all of a sudden they had laryngitis. Remember how rapidly they would walk pass reporters. Some even claimed they didn’t watch the insurrection. Hypocrisy reigns!
What’s the matter, Quickly editor, did the DNC threaten to pull your lifetime membership card if you print anything negative about the Bumbling clown in the White House? You’ve sure gone full damage contour mode on Biden comments.
In response to Trump’s bogus claims of a “rigged” election, Republicans are gerrymandering and passing restrictive voter legislation to make sure that elections in the future in fact are rigged — in their favor. If Republicans get their way, Joe Biden might well be our last democratically elected President.
Can somebody please explain to me why “My Body, My Choice” shouuld apply to vaccination but not to abortion? Isn’t “freedom” FREEDOM all the time? I really do not understand …
Every time we go out to eat, we have to wait for a table because of a server shortage. The same at the oil change place. This ridiculous policy of paying people to turn down job offers is supposed to end next month. Democrats love it and will no doubt go for an extension. Pay for no work is their motto. Server jobs now compete with factory jobs in pay. More factory jobs are now going overseas.
