Indiana is one of the six states presently accounting for the lion’s share of new COVID-19 cases nationally. Such an honor. And yet our junior Senator, Mike Braun, will not give up on his crusade against vaccine mandates. There’s something seriously wrong with this guy. Oh, what’s seriously wrong is that he’s one of our Senators.
Isn’t there a clause in the contracts of school superintendent’s about nepotism? Especially when they hire family members that are not qualified?
What is on Indiana Republicans’ minds that they want our opinions on? Straight ticket voting, transgenders in female sports, and political affiliations in school board elections. No mention of COVID-19, marijuana reforms, or gun laws. Just the important stuff.
It is being reported that the former guy’s supporters are dying in record numbers due to the misinformation spread by right wing media about COVID-19 and vaccines. I certainly hope this is not what he meant when he said he was going to make America great again.
Every single day, more evidence is released about the corruption within the Trump administration. None of this is petty stuff, but major things that will land most of these people people in prison. So I wonder how these faithful Trump fans feel, and how do they remain so loyal, when they see and hear all of the ways their leader and his pals tried to cheat their way to stay in power? I am thinking that none of this matters to them, because they live their lives in the same way.
Joe Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses with more than 100 employees is an attempt to save lives. Senator Dumber (a.k.a., Mike Braun) of Indiana is leading a movement against it. Braun is all Pro-Life when it comes to abortion, but not so much when it comes to a simple vaccination. What a hypocritical creep.
Fox News which oversees the streaming platform Fox Nation, ignored calls to discipline Lara Logan for her outrageous and inflammatory lies and misinformation comparing Dr. Fauci to Dr. Josef Mengele who did horrific experiments on children. This is an insult to all of the people who suffered and died under the Nazi regime in the concentration camps, and all of our family members that fought in that war. Not enough people spoke up before World War II either.
Society has gotten so bad that everyone has a boatload of rights and will scream and protest for them, but nobody understands their responsibility for having those rights. Nothing is free in this life.
Mark Meadows is going to have to explain how you can write a book and claim executive privilege. If you can write about it in your book, surely you can testify about it before Congress. Oh right, if you testify, you’ll be under oath.
Sleepy Joe made his speeches on how he was going to lower our gasoline prices. Never happened did it Joe? I am still paying over a buck a gallon more than I paid in the Trump days and that was better gasoline — the old engine really purred on Trump gas. Joe, you blew it big time when we lost our pipeline. Why did you do that?
We expect this from Fox, but even CNN, MSNBC, and the major networks are at it, too, giving Trump’s possibly criminal activities and his petulant rants more coverage and hoo haw than Biden’s economic and social program successes. It’s deja vu all over again. Trump’s porcine face and Trump Trump Trump all over the place. Trump’s the national scab we just can’t seem to stop picking at.
What a shameful representation of Justices the Republicans have put on the Supreme Court. Justice Thomas was accused of sexual harassment by Anita Hill. Justice Kavanaugh belonged to a fraternity that drugged young women and took sexual advantage of them. Justice Gorsuch was an illegal placement as the seat should have been Obama’s choice. Mitch McConnell said 9 months was too short of a time to give it to the Democrats so the seat remained empty until the election. Justice Barrett said she would follow the Constitution in her decisions. If she votes against abortion, she lied under oath. The American Bar Association said she was not qualified to be a Justice. McConnell pushed through her confirmation in less than a month before the election. The Roberts’ Court is now a leg of the Republican Party. This will set our country back 50 years and make women second class citizens.
Let’s be clear about what Putin’s Ukraine strategy is all about. Make Biden look weak. Help Trump with the midterms. Damage Biden’s chances for 2024. Warning! Biden was VP when Putin invaded Crimea. in 2014. Biden is more cerebral than what some want to believe. Some have forgotten. A ‘sleepy old man who ran a campaign from his basement’ won the presidency over a wide-awake wannabe dictator! Biden has learned from 2014. He has declared the response will be different. I believe him. Warning, again. When Biden slaps Putin with devastating sanctions and serious isolation, get ready for Republicans to claim that Biden has failed in foreign relations and pushed us closer to a major conflict. They will also remind us of how well Trump got along with Putin. Yes, Trump is enamored of puppets! Warning, a third time. Don’t underestimate Biden!
