Alcohol
Marzela Villa, 31, of the 1120 block of Rural Street, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for striking a median barrier and improper lane use on Route 83 and 55th Street at 11:21 p.m. Nov. 27.
Michael C. Belsky, 48, of the 12800 block of Hill Drive, Crestwood, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped for improper lane use on I-294 and Ogden Avenue at 12:25 a.m. Nov. 20.
Battery
Jack O’Brien Prince, 22, of Toronto, Canada was charged with battery for obstructing a Hinsdale police officer at the Chase Bank on 4 North Washington Street at 9:35 p.m. Nov. 24. He fled from the scene and was located by police at Washington and Maple streets.
Theft
On the 300 block of West 4th Street between 4:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m., Nov. 19, a woman reported her credit cards and house key were stolen from her purse.
