La Grange

Traffic violations

Gary Harris, 68, of the 8000 block of South Racine Avenue, Chicago, was charged at 4:47 p.m. Feb. 16 at La Grange Road and Shawmut Avenue with having no valid driver’s license and suspended registration.

Theft

A resident on the 400 block of South Stone Avenue reported at 8:15 p.m. Feb. 13 that someone took a box from their porch. The box was from “Chewy” and contained $75 worth of dog food.

La Grange Park

Home invasion

La Grange Park officers responded at 3:25 p.m. Feb. 14 to a reported home invasion on the 1400 block of Kemman Avenue. The two cellphones were removed from the residence, with a Black male subject leaving and last seen walking North on Kemman. The investigation is ongoing.

Retail theft

Patrick Young, 38, of the 1100 block of Homestead Road, was charged at 5:56 p.m. Feb. 12 at 7/11, 701 E. 31st Street, with taking merchandise from a retail establishment with the intent to deprive the merchant of payment.
