POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Teodoro Salinas Sanchez, 41, of the 300 block of 3rd Street in Northfield was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, burglary of a motor vehicle and theft March 1. He was arrested following the investigation of an incident in the 0-100 block of South Branch Road. He was held for a bond hearing at Cook County Court in Skokie.
BATTERY
Ronan T. Heaney, 58, of the 2000 block of Valley Lo Lane in Glenview was charged with battery Feb. 24. He was arrested following the investigation of an incident Dec. 9, 2021, in the 1800 block of Waukegan Road. He was released on bond.
BURGLARY
Craig Williams, 51, of the 900 block of Wingate Road in Olympia Fields was charged with two counts of residential burglary Feb. 27. He was arrested at the Cook County courthouse in Skokie after the investigation of an incident March 21, 2022, in the 1100 block of Castilian Court. He was released on bond and returned to the custody of the DuPage County sheriff’s department.
Arthur Weathersby, 51, of the 500 block of East 48th Street in Chicago was charged with two counts of residential burglary Feb. 27. He was arrested at the Cook County courthouse in Skokie after the investigation of an incident March 21, 2022, in the 1100 block of Castilian Court. He was released on bond and returned to the custody of the DuPage County sheriff’s department.
A Glenview resident reported an unknown individual or individuals stole the catalytic converter from their vehicle in the 1000 block of Castilian Court between Feb. 22 and Feb. 24.
DUI
David Cruz, 28, of the 1100 block of 14th Street in Chicago was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to give information after striking property, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper parking on the roadway Feb. 27. He was arrested following the investigation of an incident in the 1900 block of East Lake Avenue.
Anthony Bova, 47, of the 4500 block of Lilac Avenue in Glenview was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident Feb. 24. He was arrested following the investigation of an incident in the 1600 block of Milwaukee Avenue. He was released on bond.
THEFT
Travon Duncan, 21, of the 7800 block of South Shore Drive in Chicago was charged with theft, defrauding an innkeeper and obstructing identification March 1. He was arrested following an investigation of an incident Sept. 29 in the 1400 block of Milwaukee Avenue.
A Des Plaines resident reported an unknown individual or individuals stole their unsecured bicycle left behind a business in the 4300 block of Regency Drive Feb. 22.
