BATTERY
Cruz Garcia-Castro, 35, of the 1000 block of 10th Street in Northfield was charged with domestic battery April 15. He was arrested after an investigation into an incident in the 1000 block of 10th street in Northfield. He was held for a bond hearing.
Jesus Vazquez, 31, of the 5200 block of West Barry Avenue in Chicago was charged with domestic battery, interfering with the reporting of domestic violence, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property April 16. He was arrested after an investigation into an incident in the 1700 block of Greenwood Road in Glenview. He was scheduled to attend a bond hearing in Cook County Court in Skokie
DUI
Elizabeth Becker, 52, of the 4500 block of Lilac Avenue in Glenview was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of a combination of alcohol and drugs, improper lane usage and illegal transportation of alcohol April 14. She was arrested after a traffic stop in the 2500 block of East Lake Avenue. She was released on bond.
Jeffrey Dietrich, 63, of the 8900 block of Gross Point Road in Skokie was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident April 19. He was arrested following an investigation into a traffic crash in the 6800 block of Golf Road. He was released on bond.
BURGLARY
An unknown individual or individuals entered an unlocked truck in the 3300 block of Springdale Avenue and took personal items April 14.
A Glenview resident reported an unknown individual or individuals entered their unlocked vehicle while it as parked in a lot in the 1600 block of Waukegan Road and stole a wallet April 14.
A Glenview resident reported an unknown individual or individuals cut the lock off a locker in the 3800 block of Willow Road and removed cash from a wallet April 15.
A different Glenview resident reported an unknown individual or individuals cut the lock off a locker in the 3800 block of Willow Road and removed cash from a wallet April 15.
THEFT
A man entered a retail business in the 2800 block of Pfingsten Road, filled his stopping baskets with merchandise and left the store without paying for the items April 17.
A Skokie resident reported an unknown individual or individuals stole the catalytic converter from their vehicle while it was parked in a lot in the 2100 block of Pfingsten Road.
STOLEN VEHICLE
A Kenilworth resident reported an unknown individual or individuals stole their vehicle while it was parked in a lot in the 2900 block of West Lake Avenue April 13.
A Glenview resident reported their unlocked vehicle with the keys was stolen while it was parked in the 2100 block of Rugen Road between April 13 and April 15.
IDENTITY THEFT
A Glenview resident reported an unknown individual or individuals accessed an airline mileage account and used reward miles to book a flight April 14.
FRAUD
A Skokie resident reported their stolen credit card was used to make a purchase at a business in the 0-100 block of Waukegan Road April 14.
