No item on Diana Dávila’s menu has the staying power of this one. The dish is an homage to the many, many burritos the chef made at her parents’ restaurant over the years, and Dávila has nailed it. She stuffs a flour tortilla with strips of marinated, grilled skirt steak, black beans, lettuce, queso Chihuahua, avocado, grilled onions, and banana peppers for a dish that’s complex and layered. $26.60. 2800 W.
