The Bank of America Chicago Marathon starts in waves beginning at 7:20 a.m. Sunday in Grant Park and follows a route through 29 neighborhoods.
Here’s what to know if you plan to participate, cheer on a runner or just want to avoid traffic jams on race day.
NBC Chicago will offer eight hours of coverage, starting with a live broadcast from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. CT and continuing with a finish line camera from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. CT.
