The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 51-year-old woman from Wheaton was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 3:24 p.m. Oct. 3 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 39-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 5:07 p.m. Oct. 3 at Snapdragon Road and Coneflower Drive.
- A 54-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving under the influence off alcohol and using unsafe tires at 11:45 p.m. Oct. 4 at South Washington Street and Bunting Lane.
- A 26-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving the wrong way on a one-way street, loud excessive noise caused by muffler or lack of, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance at 11:58 p.m. Oct. 4 in the first block of West Van Buren Avenue.
- A 32-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of speeding 35 miles per hour over the limit, fleeing police and violation of driver instruction permit for motorcycles at 12:52 a.m. Oct. 5 at South Route 59 and Hassert Boulevard.
- A 21-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of residential burglary at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 45-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of residential burglary at 12:55 a.m. Oct. 5 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
- A 26-year-old man from Matteson was arrested on charges of failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without valid registration and driving without insurance at 12:07 a.m. Oct. 6 at East Chicago Avenue and South Washington Street.
