The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:
- A 29-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:27 a.m. July 1 at East Chicago Avenue and South Naper Boulevard.
- A 24-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates and driving on a suspended license at 2:26 a.m. July 1 at South Route 59 and Leverenz Road.
- A 47-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to remain at the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, transportation or possession of open alcohol and obstructing identification at 9:35 p.m. July 1 at La Crosse Lane and South Route 59.
- A 28-year-old man from Berkeley was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of drugs at 10:21 p.m. July 1 in the first block of West 12th Avenue.
- A 30-year-old man from Lisle was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle while using an electronic communication device, driving under the influence of alcohol, unlawful possession of cannabis by a driver and driving without insurance at 11:50 p.m. July 1 at South Naper Boulevard and East 75th Street.
- A 32-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a license and driving without insurance at 1:36 a.m. July 2 at Raymond Drive and West Diehl Road.
- A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:42 a.m. July 2 in the 1300 block of Plainfield Naperville Road.
- A 27-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on two warrants at 9:05 p.m. July 2 at North Main Street and West Benton Avenue.
- A 42-year-old woman from Wheaton was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:30 p.m. July 2 in the 1400 block of West Diehl Road.
