Two men were fatally wounded and a woman was left in critical condition in an overnight drive-by shooting in the Englewood neighborhood, Chicago police said.

About 12:50 a.m. Saturday, a woman, 26, and two men, ages 30 and 31, were standing outside their residence in the 6500 block of South Hermitage Avenue when a white SUV approached. Someone inside the vehicle pulled out a firearm and opened fire toward them before fleeing north on Hermitage, police said.

The woman suffered gunshot wounds to the body, and was taken to UChicago Medicine where she was listed in critical condition. The oldest man suffered a gunshot wound to the head, and the younger man was shot in the chest. Both men were taken to the same hospital where they later were pronounced dead.

No one was in custody for the triple shooting, and detectives are investigating.
