The deadline for automobile owners with license plates expiring in May to display gold 1986 stickers on their rear plates is midnight May 31.
Stickers and plates can be purchased at Secretary of State facilities in Springfield and Chicago as well as at area banks, savings and loan
associations and currency exchanges.
