Pantry Pride Inc. said it is sweetening its tender offer for Revlon Inc. common shares to $58 a share in cash from $56.25. Forstmann Little & Co. has offered $57.25 a share for Revlon. Expiration date for the offer has been extended to midnight Oct. 31, Pantry Pride said.
