Charges were filed in juvenile court Wednesday against two northwest suburban teenagers who allegedly tried to murder their parents with rat poison as part of a plot to run away. The Streamwood girl, 13, and the Schaumburg girl, 14, were charged with attempted murder and aggravated battery for the alleged poisonings of the Streamwood girl`s mother and stepfather.
